Our products started as sneaker care products.
Not because we wanted to build a sneaker brand - but because a sneaker is the most demanding object to clean. A single pair combines leather, suede, textile mesh, rubber and synthetic overlays. If a formula handles all of that, it handles everything else by design.
That's the conviction behind our products: the material determines the care, not the object. Leather is leather. Suede is suede. Whether it's on a sneaker, a loafer or a handbag - the material's needs remain the same. So do the products.
That said, not all leather is identical. Grade, tanning and finish vary - a sneaker's leather is typically thicker than a fine leather bag. The application may need to be adapted - but the products remain the same.

HOW TO USE
Always apply on a clean, dry surface — complete the Clean and Care steps before protecting.
01 - Hold the bottle 15-20cm from the surface. Apply an even mist across the entire area.
02 - Smooth leather only: Spread any excess droplets immediately with a clean cloth to ensure an even film. Do not oversaturate.
03 - Allow to dry completely before use. For optimal protection, apply a second coat and allow to dry for a few hours.
04 - Suede and nubuck only: Once dry, dry-brush gently to restore the natural texture of the nap.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin during application. Use in a well-ventilated area.

01 — WHAT DOES PFAS-FREE MEAN AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?
PFAS - per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances - are synthetic chemicals used in most conventional waterproofing sprays because they are highly effective at repelling water and stains. The problem is that they don't break down. They accumulate in the environment and in living organisms indefinitely. The TENO Protection Spray is built on a water-based formula that performs without PFAS - effective waterproofing without the environmental cost.
02 — HOW OFTEN SHOULD I APPLY IT?
After every deep cleaning session. And every 1 to 2 months on objects in regular use - more frequently on items exposed to rain, dirt or heavy handling. If water no longer beads on the surface, it's time to reapply.
03 — IS IT SAFE ON ALL MATERIALS AND COLOURS?
Yes - safe on leather, suede, nubuck, textile, rubber and synthetics. The formula is colourless and leaves no visible residue or discoloration. Always test on a small inconspicuous area first, particularly on pale or delicate materials.
04 — DOES IT CHANGE THE LOOK OR FEEL OF THE MATERIAL?
No - when applied correctly and in thin layers, the formula dries invisibly without altering the texture, sheen or colour of the material. Oversaturation can temporarily darken some materials - always apply a light, even coat and allow to dry fully before evaluating.
